Society of Minority Managers
About Us
The Society of Minority Managers (SMM) is a support group for historically underrepresented minority students within the School of Management. SMM allows members to gain leadership experience through managing projects and events from conceptualization/planning to execution/completion. SMM focuses on preparing members for corporate America through training, conferences, guest speakers, and workshops that build and promote academic excellence and career development. Peer-to-peer mentoring is the foundation of our support group, while community service is a major tenet of the organization.
